Just randomly last night Fallout shelter on my iPad air2 64gb is stuck in a perpetual cycle of reboots. I've shutdown the iPad, I've created a new shelter (which works) and left it on for a bit and then tried my original saved game but it still won't get past the loading screen.


I have a couple hundred dollars spent on in game purchases that I would like to be reimbursed on since my game will not work. I have a lot of hours invested, maxed out the building area and I have 200 dwellers. I can't bring myself to start over just to have it happen again. At this point I want it either fixed or all my money refunded.


I will gladly send a video of my game continually crashing. Please let me know how to get my refund.

I haven't updated the game or iOS anytime recent to my game crashing. I was just playing my game and it locked up. I closed it down and opened it back up and it gets stuck on "PLEASE STAND BY" and then locks up and eventually cycles back to the beginning and never loads my game. It still shows my notifications and when I go to vault list it looks fine. I spent a lot of money on pets and lunchboxes and wish I could play but if I can't I need to get refunded..
