100% accuracy in vats

just in case no one knew crit attacks are 100% accuracy. This makes some crazy slow mo snipes. As well as make luck characters crazy powerful.

I've had critical attacks miss, so I don't think it's 100% accuracy. It's very close to it though.

I think it's supposed to be 100% accuracy when messing around with a luck character who would crit multiple times almost every fight. There seems to at times be weird random accuracy issues with crits and mysterious stranger even when an object doesn't randomly pop in the way.

I've only had crits miss when an enemy has got in cover just at the last second. The weird thing is, the gun fires but then there is about a seconds delayed reaction before the shot hits the target giving them time to just get in front of cover sometimes. Not sure if it is intended or not but it seems a bit off sometimes.

I believe it's the standard 95%... I'd like to know if i'm wrong though.

Even With

Spoiler
McCready's perk all shots are 95% too.

It's a much higher chance but not 100%

you can hit walls and such in vats because the target moves.. this will intercept crits

of course as a video game there are places with invisible terrain. its common in supermutant locations.

That's why I always have the last few VATS shots as headshots whenever my crit meter is almost full. Get it full with the torso shots, then get a guaranteed crit-headshot.
