I have 100 survival. According to the wiki and prior game experiences I should get + 3 bonuses e.g. from Whiskey and Big Horner steaks. Still I only get +2. What am I doing wrong? I know I got +3 in prior games.

Any other active effects which reduce Endurance? I'm unclear whether you've checked you currently have 100 Survival.
