120 dungeons.
Half are small (15 mins) Half are large (1-2 hours)
Major cities are walled.
Carriage system (Alternate option for fast travel)
20 dragonshouts (might be more)
No more pausing game and zooming in on face to talk to NPCs.
Orcs and Kahjiits look a LOT better.
No attributes (Perks instead)
Perks are based off skills.
Woodcutting, Farming, Cooking, Smithing, Enchanting confirmed.
Horses are in, but no confirmation on whether we can ride them or not.
Different ways to cast a single spell.
Dynamic snow.
HUDless screen, besides the compass, which is on top of screen.
Health appears on screen when you get hit. Stamina when you're running, Magicka when you cast spells.
Finishing moves confirmed, happen at random and there's different kinds of finishers for each weapon type.
No spears.
Radiant Story is a quest manager thing that makes certain quests for you based on the decisions/choices made by you. The quests themselves are hand-writen, but RS determines the elements of them.
Bethesda has been working on dragons for 2 years.

SPOILER start
You start as a prisoner again, about to be executed. Esbern, the last of the Blades, saves you.
SPOILER end

No confirmation on Werewolves and Vampires yet, they might be in.
Anything you see an NPC doing, you can do.
Third person is a LOT better and it's viable to play in.
Bows can kill people in 1-2 shots, but it takes longer to get off a shot and arrows are rare.
Dual wield confirmed.
Game world is about the size of Oblivion.
Main quest will be over 20+ hours long.
Sneak attacks with daggers grant a lot more damage.
Alchemy is in, mainly used for the stealth classes.
Dogs are in.
Dwemer ruins confirmed.
All races will look distinctively different from one another.
Tatoos/Scars confirmed.
Nirnroot confirmed.
Not every single Beast out there will attack on sight (Giants, various critters.)
You can ruin other town economies (Destroy farms, mills, which will have negative effects upon town.)
Sprinting confirmed.
Back pedeling is a lot slower.
Skyrim uses DX9, but supports DX11 features.
CK (Creators Kit) Confirmed for PC users.
Bethesda is currentlty trying to get mods for consoles, up to Microsoft/Sony
DLC will be like Fallout 3, no expacs like SI.
No multiplayer/co-op.
More weapon/armor types.
No classes.
All skills level you up, the higher a skill is and you level it up, the more xp it'll give you.
Favorites menu.
Level cap is 50, can theoretically go to 70.
Gain a perk every level.

....All I can think of at the moment. *Phew* typed it all on an Ipod touch as well :o

That's the one they used in Assassins Creed isn't it?

What Engine did they use in Oblivion?

I wouldn't say "playable" as a lot of the mountainous areas are just barriers. They make the area you can play in SEEM bigger.

Anyways, they have also confirmed that there aren't any specified number of Dragons.
You will face a dragon depending on where you are (For example high up in the mountains) or if you haven't meet one for a while. :thumbsup:
