110 hours in..still LOVING IT

Post » Fri Dec 16, 2011 2:20 pm

i'm done. Sorry, see me other thread - I cannot take the random bugs anymore. It is utterly killing re-playability for me. Why spend any more hours to hit quests which might randomly break?

Can't argue, I am also roughly around 100 - maybe 115 - and I am still enjoying this game. Sometimes I turn it off in frustration, but thats only when I die without saving for a while and all the new locations I discovered during that time were gone.

I am addicited to finding new places, what can I say? lol

it took me 200+ hours to get tired of the game, and i know for a fact ill be returning to it in 6-9 months or so, seeing as i didn't even finish ONE of the major questlines/guilds in the game =) i always like to leave myself a reason to return to the game, and i had an utter blast while playing it =)

I too love this game, I love how unlike mmorpg's I never feel stressed about needing to always keep leveling. In Skyrim I sometimes rarely even notice Ive levelled up. I love how I have a world I can vanish into away from my normal life and normal job. I can live another life in my Nord. Ive never restarted, Im still playing the same character I created that first time and I feel no need to change her in anyway. I love how I can just do what I want to do, sometimes I feel like exploring, other times I feel like just making potions all day. Other days I might do a few of the many unfiniished quests in my journal. The other night I had just come out of a mine I had cleared of bandits and it had turned dark and stood in awe as THE most beautiful Northern Lights appeared in the sky the most beautiful blue I sighed and just stared at it. I play really slowly so I know I probably have a good year or so of exploring to do.

Awesome! 185 for me. Lvl 56 mage. Finished civil war and mage college. Avoiding TG and DB on this play through. Will hit those next time with a sneaky assassin type. I will get 400 easy.

135 hours in, still deeply in love with the game, though I had a bad case of restartitis before settling on my bosmer thief who happily is level 32 now.

I've got that. I keep second guessing everything I do. I know the character, it's just what to that gets me. I think I try too hard ti make goals. Maybe I should just relax and wander around.

I'm new to TES and wasn't sure at first, but now I am playing nothing else.

I run a Tri-brid spec' and love the flexibility I get from it. By day I secure bounties with my sword and shield drawn, defending the innocents of Skyrim. At night I head the the Ragged Flaggon for some 'extra work' and line my pockets with gold. Then maybe I search out a cave, and cast some spells/summons and let my minions clear a path for me, while I pick locks in search of treasure and riches.

Too, too fun. So much to do and never a dull moment. I have restricted myself to playing on the weekends only, which allows me to tune out everything and get immersed for hours.

I'm not sure how many hours I am in (how you do tell??? can't seem to find it anywhere on PS3). Anyway, it's lots I'm sure...

I have two characters on the go

Arch Mage Trevayne, Level 32, Breton Wizard, travelling the world with my friend Benor.

and

Cass'arul, ~Level 26, an evil Wood Elf who has decided to join the Dark Brotherhood.

Loving both characters and loving the game. Keep coming across new and amazing places - on occasion Benor will even comment on a location "Wow....WOW! Look at that"
