I have done a little searching and I have been unable to find anything about the special edition running on a 144 hz monitor. Will it be possible or will the frames have to be limited just like the original? Sorry if this is the wrong place for this post, I wasn't sure where to put it.

Likely will have to wait. I do not have 144 hz monitor and I do not recall if Fallout 4 has the 144hz issue.
