1st vs 3rd POV which one do you prefer ? : V - Skyrim

1st person with FOV raised to 90. 3rd person only to admire new armor.

Before I was always in 3rd person because I'd like to see my character doing all actions of killing her enemy and also her awesome armor.
But it gets difficult when now I prefer using bows and sneaking around before attacking head-on. So now I totally feel 1st person is easier that way.

I guess it all depends on preference for types of weapon.

Oh one fault in first person though.. the view is quite limited so I can't see an enemy coming from behind so sometimes switch to third person to get scan the area first.

As much as I like to see my character, I still have to play the game in first person because it's hard to all the details in third person and my character blocks my view in a lot of indoor situations. Switching between POVs are annoying so I just stick with 1st person's POV. I only switch to 3rd person's POV when my character is idle or in the middle of a quest conservation sequence.

When I'm exploring/ walking around I use 3rd person, when I fight i tend to use 1st person. I believe that it's harder to aim in third person,
Makes it kind of hard for me to put my vote since I use them both about as much, so I simply won't put any vote in this one, my thoughts will have to do fine for now.

I play with the crosshair toggled off so anything but walking or running is a bit of a chore for me in third person (though stealth is possible since that crosshair can't be toggled...). But I do use it to check out my characters gear and what-not from time to time.

I play Skyrim in 1st person only, just like I did with past TES games.

1st Person

I only use 3rd when I want to check out new weapons or armour

I would like 3rd person if my guy didn't have arrows and ice shards in his face all the time lol

Both, all the time.

I switch in and out a lot.

Mostly if I'm in towns and walking around doing town business I'm in 3rd admiring how good I look lol.
I'm really particular about the zoom too, his fingertips have to be brushing the bottom of the screen.

But when it's time to kick ass it's 1st.
I play most games like that if they have the option, Hitman for example.
Walking around disguised is third... if the s*** hits the fan, into 1st.

3rd person is for chilling out.
1st person is for srs bsnz.
