Hello there everyone! So as you all know I don't really play Crysis 2 very much anymore just on the weekends or really late at night when my friends beg me to come on through constant text messages *looking at you Emti* hehe.
However, many people have been constantly asking me to fight DanMay16 in a private match. He may have been using glitches during the battle, but overall it was still a whole lot of fun especially when I was laughing so hard when he killed me. Anywho, DanMay16 beat me 13-5, so please stop sending me messages on youtube and facebook over it. DanMay16 is a formidable enemy and he is definitely better than I am at this game. It was a very fun battle and I had a good time, but please just leave me in peace to do more pressing things. Thank you and have a nice day!

Oh snap! Good stuff plushies, but you were the poster boy for legit players on PS3 that could beat a glitcher. I think the world shed a tear today. But I like how humble you are, and that you have bigger priorities then Crysis 2. I think we would get along...at least for a while.

Sorry but i dont see how going cloak and running around like a chicken with there head cut off and spmaming melee, glitch or not makes someone skilled.. doesnt prove much to me. I'll admit its probably the easiest and most effective way to kill someone other than c4. But i depise people who glitch.... makes crysis 2 unjoyable and ruins the fun.. makes some new players quit too i bet. I dont even bother with glitch meleers i just leave the lobby and play people who actually SHOOT. Isn't this a First Person Shooter? And im not playing the Impact map anymore cause people just sit at spawn points. Gets real old. -_-

I've explained thoroughly that the melee glitch doesn't even exist in the PC version, it was a bug with the console porting. Also Bugster STFU you and DanMay are in the same boat of pathetic melee glitchers. I came on here to see if there was any news on Crysis 3 and here I gotta see the same losers try to make the case that they are good players, despite cheating. I know DanMay got his stats reset (definitely was deserved) so what did he do, beg Plushies to play him then put a post up saying that DanMay is good?

You are NOT good at this game if you use that melee exploit.

@King, Crytek has addressed the melee glitch - they said it won't be a problem in Crysis 3. Zito has provided proof in other threads. Yes, it's an effective way of killing someone. Yes, a lot of people do it. To people who don't use the glitch (whether it's because they're new and don't know about it or they refuse to use it), it tends to get very frustrating very quickly.

@Zito, DanMay is good at this game. Do I think he can be beat? Absolutely. Do I think he can be beat without the glitch? Unfortunately not. When you do anything for the amount of time he has been playing Crysis 2 you will be good at it. You have to understand, he literally plays no other game. Ever.

@Bugster, Average American does speak several languages. America is melting pot of all cultures and ways of life. You just have luxury of living next to various countries the size of American states. Of course you're going to know a few languages.

I don't think you know how the glitch melee works.. It definitely adds an advantage. It is so fast that even if a player hits you with the first regular melee hit an enemy could easily perform this glitch (there are two main ones) and kill you before you could throw in a second hit..

To summarize the two:

1. a melee + switch weapons + melee is the most common out of the two and allows you to do the two hit kill a fraction faster than doing two regular melees.

2. the more deadly one, the visor melee which pretty much looks like one punch - impossible to defend from.

Best bet to counter this, is to shoot from a distance and use your gun cause if you get into a fist fight with someone who knows these techniques you wont stand a chance..
