Just wanted to cheer some folks up: We are almost exactly, give or take a few hours depending on your location, 200 days from V's release! :celebration:

I am still seeing that as 'the glass half empty'.

Now I have to think how I spent the previous 200 days of my life and repeat it until then.

You know I was much more content knowing the game is in the far future with a date rather than a number of days attached.... now you kicked in my anxiety of "this game needs to come out now" ><

There are those that say the glass is half empty.
Others say the glass is half full.
And then there are those that go: 'Excuse me? half empty? This isnt my glass, mine was full! And it was a bigger one, thank you.'

The world belongs to the last kind.

200 days till Skyrim yay!
Never ever have I so looked forward to any game. I got Morrowind a few years after its release, I could not buy Oblivion at release due to lack of hardware and came to Daggerfall after all that.
Skyrim is the first one Ill get to play on release and Im as giddy as a child before christmas.

Skyrim will be here sooner than you know :) (200 days), but it will feel a lot less.

When its 'only' 199 days left tomorrow it will feel a lot closer...

It's psychological. Like things being price £1.99 in shops and all that....

also the shop thing was invented so pocket transactions would be a lot harder to get away with

Gentlemen, stop talking about "half-full glasses" and stuff. We still have more than half the wait left.

I'm a legitimate realist, party-pooper, and all-round boring person so I'm just doing my job.

You might think that the glass is half full and you might think the glass is half empty but engineers know that the glass is two times larger than it needs to be

What, like coins? Don't shops just accept that anyway?

Then one could say that the wait for the game is twice as long as it ought to be.

Doesn't seem too long to me but I have been visiting the forums less lately. Been busy with Portal 2, Mortal Kombat, and Minecraft. Well that and work. The trick seems to be do other stuff lol.

Also don't look at the glass as half full or half empty. Think, "Is this the lemonade I ordered? Or did that [censored] of a waitress just piss in my glass?" Quality over quantity

Politicians on the other hand have assured me that the glass would be more empty if the opposition were in charge , while surrealists think the glass is half of a slowly rotting lemon.
And physicists well they happen to know you can never know how much water is in the glass because just by measuring it you've changed the outcome

What if it was a measuring cup? Ha me - 1, physics - 0.

Now bring on this gravity and friction I I've heard so much about.
