lol, I think you just mean the game looks more colorful.

yeah well the armor looks a lot more new, while in fallout 3 everything looked a bit more...weathered

In Fallout 1 & 2 most armor had that new/cartoony look actually.

Nice trailer. Lots of new stuff. And the game does look quite good. The "rattle-dogs" (?) gave me a good chuckle (at 1:39). And at the same scene I fist thought that "god, those ironsights svck", but that can't be looking through ironsights, now cani it - unless there is something behind the scenes we yet don't know about? Overall, a good trailer.

Though I must say I'm a bit disappointed that it was only a "scenery-combat" -trailer. Would've loved to see some the RPG stuff too. The revised dialogsystem for example, would've been nice to see..

That bunker with the mantis in it looks a little like the Maxson Bunker, except the vegetation and the round hole instead of a rectangular door.

Oh just for the record the sniper rifle is a bolt action. Pause at 0:58-0:59 and you'll see what i mean

Yup, but the traits are not from one particular sniper rifle, which you can easly tell. The snake dogs could be called: Rattle Pups

What's this Petro Chico company on the billboard at 0:37? Is Poseidon Oil not the only major petrol chain for the West Coast/Southwest Region?

I'm guessing Petro Chico is just a local chain, like the sasparilla from earlier pics.
Interesting side note, Raul wears coveralls with a Petro Chico patch on the chest.

not a fan of the c4 detonater, looks like they were too lazy to make a cod button animation like in rl, instead of a weird ugly plastic gun that didnt seem to fit. and the teleporting super mutants? that was pretty epic

edit: how come nobody has speculated about those rockets or how the eyebot didnt actually die? its just hurt. or weakened. like the enclave itself. but its STILL ALIVE. aka the enclave are still alive.

oh yes if u look closely u can c the shimmer, he blocks off the dead one really fast i assumed it was the dead guy and that he was just knocked over. also they are blue!!

It's the gun the cazadores (sp?) gets shot with. Also, pretty sure that 1911 is just the Browning Hi-Power look-alike.
