Yeah, the game also needs cool music and an attitude. I say they should also make the soundtrack out of popular, cool and related songs.

I was kidding about L4D3 by the way. It has been less than a year since L4D2, and while L4D2 does have more content than L4D1 I don't think we need to go through all the complaining all over again.

L4D2 had some things that L4D1 missed like melee weapons and general weapon variety, maps that change a little, more special infected, etc. so it sort of made sense that they started developing L4D2 quite soon after L4D1, because those weren't things they'd want to add as a patch or expansion to L4D.

So Valve kinda dodged the bullet with L4D2. But I don't think L4D2 is missing anything important that would make a L4D3 a good idea right now.

What if, and this is just a what if so nobody go into a hissy fit, valve is gonna take the same approach to l4d3? I mean, l4d2 only came about because all the content they added into l4d2 was just too massive to be a dlc.

They split the game into two parts? Why? You can make a game as long as you want. The only reason they split the film is because it's going to be too long for a movie...

Agreed, seriously, why wont they work on half-life 2 episode 3?

It's been 3 years since episode 2. And we've heard nothing about episode 3, not even an announcement that they have started working on it.

What's the point of a cliffhanger ending if you're going to wait until everyone has forgotten about it?

Why does it have to be Episode 3? Couldn't it just be Half-Life 3?
