E3 2010

Post » Fri May 27, 2011 11:40 pm

Games that I want to see and will most likely be there areFallout: New Vegas, Rage, Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, Rock Band 3 and Guitar Hero 6.

Games that probably won't be there: Fallout 4, Elder Scrolls 5, and Sly 4. Seriously, [censored] inFamous 2.

Well Bethesda http://www.e3expo.com/exhibitors/92/exhibitor-list/, so they have to be showing off at least one of their published games.

Call of Cthulhu 2: Cthulhu's Revenge is what they'll be talking about, obviously.

I found something odd. Bethesda has the http://img525.imageshack.us/img525/5746/e3booths2.png, 4th if you don't count the second Sony booth. They have the 2nd biggest booth if you don't count the Big 3. That's insane. They must be showing something. That's not to say that they'll be showing TES V, but they have to be using all that space on something. Makes me more hopeful that we'll see New Vegas there.

http://www.e3expo.com/exhibitors/92/exhibitor-list/ (Click on Bethesda and then the booth number)

Edit: I meant in that specific hall, they're far from the 5th biggest compared to the other halls.

That's probably because they're a publisher and have had many successful games and are owned by a big large company.

Well yes obviously they have plenty of money to spend on such a large booth, I was just saying that they have to fill all that space with something.

Probably filled with developers that have smug "I know something you don't know" looks on their faces and booth babes. Maybe Elder Scrolls MMO to screw up the lore (but seems like too big of an announcement). I'm guessing some slightly newer gameplay demos of NV.

Edit: See my avatar for a (Bethesda) smug "I know something you don't know" face in case you don't know what one looks like.

Like every year... June.

Also, maybe a hint or mention at GTA 5? Or something GTA related, like another spinoff or something? I'm not really anticipating anything this year. Except for maybe after E3.

Yeah, usually it starts sometime around the 15th or 16th. I never remember which. They air it on G4, but I never watch it because I'm only interested in the trailers that are all over the net anyway. And it's about a three or four day event... (correct me if I'm wrong anyone. I haven't payed much attention to E3 for a while.)

Will it start after 4 P.M. eastern time? I have two regents(major tests for non-New Yorkers) on that day and I don't want to miss anything possibly related to TES V(I'm still hopeful) or New Vegas.

I'm pretty sure it starts around 8 or 9 am PST but there's reruns of the events through out the day IIRC.

I want to see some Portal 2 gameplay. Maybe some FO: NV gameplay too.

List of games that I would like to hear about at E3:

Portal 2
The Elder Scrolls V
Fallout: New Vegas
Grand Theft Auto: [Insert Title Here]
Half-Life 2: Episode 3
Mass Effect 3

What I'm hoping to see at E3:

-Gears of War 3
-Anything at all for diablo 3.
-Gameplay for Dead Space 2.

That's pretty much it. Fallout will be great and tesV won't be shown so I have nothing else to want to see.

I'd like to see more info about FO:NV, Golden Sun DS, Deus Ex 3 and Crysis 2 on E3.

TES V too of course but that's not going to happen, Bethesda doesn't like to do that at E3.

E3 events:

Sunday, June 13: Microsoft's Project Natal experience

Monday, June 14: Microsoft's E3 press conference

Tuesday, June 15:
-Nintendo's press conference
-Sony's press conference, 11:30 am PST

Wednesday, June 16:

Thursday, June 17:

I don't believe the times for the other press conferences have been revealed yet. Gametrailers.com will be showing the conferences live and MTV will be showing the conferences on TV but I don't know if they'll be live. I think you can research that for yourself seti.
