E3 2011 Map

Post » Fri Oct 01, 2010 9:41 am

Does anyone know how to reach whoever plans E3 to inquire about the strange rust-colored arrow on the booth? No other booth has that.

Not sure, but it'll probably remain a secret until June 6th.

Skyward Sword, Project Cafe, 3DS. They're poised for a big E3.

Maybe. But there are a lot of resourceful members of these forums. If someone can just find out who to contact, someone will probably do it. We had people calling the United States Copyright Office back before Skyrim's announcement inquiring about Bethesda's trademark of the Skyrim brand. I hear they were fairly helpful.

And sometimes Twitter is good enough. Never used it myself though, but it's a good medium for asking Pete Hines questions.

Project Cafe is the code name for Nintendo's next console. It will be unveiled at E3 this year. Because Nintendo must always have the first foot in the door for generation 8 it seems.

Codename for the Wii 2. You've never heard of Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword, or the Nintendo 3DS?

I hardly pay any attention to Nintendo games these days. Mario mostly the only ones that I watch for.

And I know what the 3DS is.

Oh ok. You said "I haven't heard on any of these", so I thought you meant the 3DS as well.

@Proditus We can tweet Pete, but I don't think he's going to spill the beans. We'll likely have to go another route.

Yeah, I don't think we'd get any answers from Bethesda directly. But it'd be nice if we could somehow get answers through the official planning committee for E3. They had to have some reason to put that marker on the map, and if it's a signifier that they've decided to show to the public, then they may as well explain what it means.

I'm sticking with my animatronic dragon prediction.

@DCDeacon OK thanks. It's just that E3 is 3 weeks away and I was wondering if we'll be seeing Skyrim or only hearing about it from the media

@yanks4champs Doesn't mean we don't look at ways of showing some of the game to a wider audience and our fans.

This E3 is shaping up to be incredible. Just from Skyrim alone I'd already be very hyped, but with Nintendo revealing its new system (even playable demos) and unveiling a close partnership with a mystery company I am going to be even more outrageously hyped than I am now!

Why not? If Nintendo is planning to recapture the hardcoe fans, this would be a perfect game to do it with.

Doubtful it would release on 11.11.11 then. It'd be a delayed port.

Yea agree with you 100% Dragonborn, Skyrim will not be on any Nintendo system.

As for Bethsda's large booth they do have several other games in the works such as Rage, Hunted, Prey 2 and maybe some other unknowns.

So has it been confirmed or not that Todd will do an on-stage presentation of Skyrim, like what he did with Fallout 3?
