Isn't the Kinect a major aspect of the Xbox One UI? I would imagine there would be some difficulty navigating without it. I mean, that was one thing about the Xbox One that seemed cool (to me at least) using the voice commands to instantly minimize your game and do something on the dashboard and then instantly jump back into your game. But I still have no experience with the Xbox One as of yet so I'm only guessing.

Probably not much the only thing Sony has in its pockets right now is Project Morpheus, a VR visor that I'll probably buy just to experience what's it like to play games in the environment my game character is in---Oooo I can only imagine games like Elder Scrolls and Call of Duty would be like.

I've yet to actually play the Xbox One but I don't think it's integral or anything to the UI or the general experience, it's a cool feature that's probably costing them a millions of sales potentially with the inflated price to accommodate kinect.

Yeah, a friend of mine has the kinect sitting behind hus tv, the xbox works fine. Another friend then tries to yell "Xbox off!" whenever I'm using it, but it doesn't hear him.

Literally the only thing I use my kinect for is facial recognition.

Even then I still have to recalibrate it when my hair gets too long or I get a hair cut.

It's up again teasing something.

According to rumors Halo 2 Anniversary might be there. I'm interested in hearing more about that. Also looking forward to Star Wars Battlefront. Hope it isn't Battlefield 4 with a new look.

It's just how I view things. Why waste money on games when it's better utilized for paying the utility bills, cable bills, and what not. I rather sit at my laptop and write stories vs playing some game. Only game I even toy with is MWO, and I play when I my friend has time. Beyond that, gaming svck up way too much money. Same thing with Card Games like Magic. I'll be lucky enough if I can recoup even 1/4 the money I spent on those blasted things. Even TV has turned to trash lately.

Because it's not all about money, after bills and essentials money is spent on what you enjoy. If you don't like them don't buy them, and if you think TV has turned to trash then don't pay for it and just spend your money on what you want to spend it on. Some people like spending their money on games because they enjoy gaming, and that is money well spent. You don't earn money just to pay bills, unless you enjoy paying them of course.

No idea if this has been posted but it's something to add to the Fallout hype paradigm.

Supposedly this guy is respected and fairly accurate... still highly skeptical but It wouldn't surprise me.

Over on our CD Projekt RED forums, we're speculating something big for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.

Y'know, with all the teasing stories on Gameinformer and other places that I've seen of Mass Effect 4, I wouldn't be surprised if thats one of the 6 new EA game at E3. Probably just a teaser, but I wouldn't be surprised if they officially announce it.

I know how much hate EA gets, but I'll be watching their press conference closely. With Battlefront 3, Sims 4(Which I do think looks better than the sims 3, as long as the engine is improved), and the future bioware games they have the potential to do a close to 180 as a company. If DA:I fails though, I don't know if I can forgive EABioware for that.

We will likely see the other two Star Wars games there this year. Really curious as to what they are.

Well if Left 4 Dead 3 wasn't mentioned I might have believed it a little bit.

Also what is the news with Sony this year? I haven't really heard anything about them except they will show Destiny which isn't too exciting. Microsoft is full of rumors of what they could announce while EA and Ubisoft have a bunch of their own new games to show.

If you take any merit from rumors, leaks report God of War 4 and the next uncharted game being announced.

http://metro.co.uk/2014/05/14/leaked-e3-line-up-names-god-of-war-4-and-zelda-shard-of-nightmare-is-probably-fake-4727212/

Other than that, I've heard sony might show of their VR headset, and I've heard rumors of the studio behind Little Big Planet announcing something. Also the big rumor going around about "Project beast", a spiritual successor to demon souls. All rumors, of course, but there seems to be legitimacy among journalists about Uncharted and the VR headset being shown.

well i'll ask for in a semi-random, thinking as i go order:

Fallout 4

Mass Effect 4 (if it's in a distant future that avoids everything ruined by ME3's ending, if not i'll pass)

Halo 5: Guardians

Halo 2 Anniversary or the unlikely rumor it's the Halo Master Chief Collection

Half-Life 3... because why the heck not, we are dreaming here right?

SW:Battlefront

CoD: AW

CoD: MW Collection (MW1-3)(PS4/XB1) even if it's a super dubious rumor

DOOM

PREY 2

Crackdown 3

God of War 4? (hopefully fall 2015 or 1st / 2nd quarter 2016)

-these are just very wishful thinking-

Saints Row Collection (PS4/XB1)

Bioshock Collection (PS4/XB1)

Crysis Collection (PS4/XB1)

SW: Kotor Collection (PS4/XB1)

Brutal Legend 2

The only Mass Effect news we'll get will be The Mass Effect Collection for PS4 and X1 I'm sure of it. Which I'm excited for because I never played through all the Mass Effects last gen.

I'm also certain The Master Chief Collection exists and will be announced. Bet on it.

I think it's too soon after ME3 and the last gen Trilogy box set to drop ME HD Collection, I'd prefer a 5 year moratorium on the first trilogy so that when they will bring it back it would feel fresh and they could squeeze out a better HD improvements after getting used to the current gen

The main reason I highly doubt a full 4 Halos for the cost of one is that in a few years 343i and MS could get away with Halo 3 anniversary, which would also be the last time they could double dip and get people to bite on it, it's not like ODST, Reach and 4 are as precious and beloved as the almighty Halo 2 and Halo 3 even if ODST, Reach and 4 were good games in their own right
