Honestly, I couldn't give a stuff about E3 anymore. E3 isnt about the games, its about the corporate money that gets thrown around. The only games that really get shown off/announced are usually the latest cash-ins like Call of Duty and Battlefield (i.e. those wastebins that drag gaming as a whole down the toilet). E3 lost its reputation years ago, and the entire thing is dominanted by big-name publishers and developers trying to throw their money around and show who has the biggest cash-willy among them.

Most likely Bethesda's going to do The Evil Within this E3. The next Fallout and Elder Scrolls? Not for another few years. I predict 2018 for Fallout 4 and TES:VI for 2020 to get that nice round number.

Don't even care now. Next Unreal Tournament was just announced and it's going to be free. I don't see anyone topping that.

Gaming kind of ended for me (well, new games) in 2011 after skyrim came out. That was the last good one gor me. New games have no good stories anymore. Its all recycled crap.
