To be honest, E3 isn't worth watching anymore. After last year's fiasco, I've given up hope developers and companies have a clue what fans want anymore.
Still, if I wish to be optimistic:
-The announcement by every game publisher microtransactions will no longer be used ever again. This includes, but not limited to: buying crap from inside the game, buying "chapters" of additional content already included in the game, maps, and anything else that's less than an official DLC.
-Game developers will stop removing core features of franchises so that everyone can play. There are enough games out there that not every one of them needs a freaking virtual Navi screaming "Hey! Look! Listen! Go here! Pick up the flashing item! Read this page!" If I wanted this type of hand-holding, I'd rent a movie.
-EA has officially gone bankrupt. Since this is unrealistic, EA will no longer cripple its games with pointless DRM and, of course, listen to what gamers would like (reasonable, of course).
-Microsoft to announce the XO will give the optional ability to go digital only.
-Sony is officially, and forever, getting out of gaming.
If the above happens, E3 will be worthy again.
