210,31 MB Patch. Where's patchnotes? : Crysis

There's a 210,31 MB Patch downloading right now. This isn't the data-patch C or the 1.1 patch. Where can I find the patch-notes for this update?

edit: I', still on Data Patch B and I can't find any servers, except for 1 romanian server that I can't connect to. Can anyone play Multiplayer at the moment?

I only fond one server, too.

It takes a while for all the RSP's to grab the patch and reboot.

Ok, so where's the patch-notes for the 210 MB update? Like I said I'm still on Data Patch C, so that's not it. I still just have a patch1.pak in the patch folder, so what was that 210 MB download?

edit: Never mind, the other thread has the answer:

Full patch notes will be published shortly. Got some problems with dedis not showing up correctly at the moment which we're investigating.
