So, is the new 25mm Grenade APW affected by the Splash Damage perk? I'm wondering if anyone knows, seeing as it isn't stated in the wiki.

I'm going to guess that it does, since Splash Damage is a perk included in the "core" game, and all other grenade launchers are affected by it.
