This guy was playing in UK.gamehosting server with like 270 ping.He was impossible to kill and was going 40-5,30-5 every match.How is this possible?Bloody hacker or what?

From my experience playing with ping over 200 most of the time. Its quite hard to kill other players especially those with very low ping. Also low ping players can kill me easily even if i shoot first. Damage is just good at this game even with a bad ping he does very well.
