After creating a 2nd character and getting in cry pod, it will not let me exit the pod all I can do is stare at my dead spouse...anyone else ran into this?

Happened to me too. Had to restart. I finally got out only to get stuck again at the terminal in the overseer's office.

Now I save before touching any terminal.
