it would be illegal I'm pretty sure if you managed to get unofficial mods on the 360. Isn't this one of the most FAQ.. ever??

The Official mods from Bethesda are available for the Xbox-360 via Xbox Live Marketplace.

Fan-made mods are NOT available for the Xbox-360.

Only official DLC is available on the XBOX 360. No player made mods. Not going to happen.
