further to my original question.have definitely narrowed it down to not having an update to make the extra content load/work in the game.my 360 has the modern avatar menus e.t.c and have downloaded the newest 360 update from pc to usb stick/then transferred to 360.there just doesn't seem to be any info on what the problem is on the web (apart from saying to install an update e.t.c) i have done all of this and followed the bethesda advice to the letter on their video on how to get the extra content to work,but no joy! the disc just doesn't install the update! (it is a clean disc and for use on pal 360) i just don't know what else to do.it is so annoying not to be able to play the extra content i really hope that they have fixed this issue for the 5th anniversary edition when it's released here in uk) sorry for rant,but it is quite frustrating (all down to a stupid update!) EDIT should have added that i am not on xbox live (no phone line)
