3rd Party content match | YouTube question

Post » Wed Apr 17, 2013 3:03 am

So I run a very small YT channel and I just purchased the game FO3 for Xbox 360 and decided to do a few videos on it. A few of the videos match 3rd party content because the radio in game is on in the background. Now I have a question about Bethesda's stance on this. Am I allowed to monetize this video still? I know I can have it up on the channel because I have seen other peoples lets plays and video series on this game. If anyone knows the answer a response would be fantastic!

Please contact Gstaff about this. He can find out from Legal just what is allowed and not allowed.

However, making money from this is doubtful.
