Starting today I have almost all of the time there is a problem. When you try to open any forum or the profile of any of the user opens the page:
403 Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / [nickname of any user or any forum's page] on this server.
Even when creating and editing this topic several times this was.

This is a problem at all, or only at me?
