What is there to talk about? T-51b Power Armour is greater then T-45D. It is why America before the Great War replaced T-45D with T-51b and the switch helped America break the back of China's defence and invade China itself all the way to the Yangtze River.

Yea. I can't stand AGL pen for guns users.
Guns with 100 guns req. can't be used effectively in T45d.
98 skill doesn't cut it.

Unless I am missing something...
BTW I already considered using milsurp review. That would be a pain.

If I remember right the T51-B has no AGL pen.

T-51b is the stronger, better power armor. But the front of the T-45d is [censored] glorious.
