T-45d helmet.

Post » Sun Jan 30, 2011 8:58 am

I started this a while ago and now that the helmet is almost completely done I thought I would post here.

I added some things that arn't in the game But I think they make it look cooler.

Good to see another Power Armour costume. You've done an excelent job on painting that helmet. However, I take it that by now, you've noticed the sheer impracticality of the T-45D's design.

Now all we need is someone to make a costume which includes the interface suit (Recon Armour).

Sorry, but I don't quite follow you about the impracticality if you could be be more specific I might be able to understand. I was thinking about making the recon cowl, but we'll see after I finish.

Small update.

Don't we all think the 45d's shoulder's are too long and skinny? well I beefing mine up a bit by making the T48-Zomg shoulder's! The mid point between 45d and 51b!

Note:The placement is a bit off but you get the idea.
Compare shot. left old, right new.

Both sides.

Shoulder

Groin.
http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c366/1h23/Picture838.jpg
Note:I had to hold it up with one hand, take the pic with one hand and rotate my back to take the pic.
http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c366/1h23/Picture840.jpg

Compare shot between the Beth cod plate(Left) and after I edited it(Right).

http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c366/1h23/Picture835.jpg

More changes!
Changed the knee to an edited 51b
Added the Extra armour thigh like the shoulder's.
Changed the shin a bit(Unrotated it, It seems the original model got twisted a bit)

I Cristen(?) this the T-48Z.
