524821% Incident ratio?

Post » Sun Feb 14, 2016 11:43 am

I had my game open last night & everything was working fine. (Sometimes people cannot be moved, requiring an exit to menu & back to unstick then.)

Today when I opened the game, many of my rooms show HUGE Incident percentages. I just bought more than one 5-pack of Mr Handys & I really don't want to reset this vault!

I'm not sure how the Rush Incident rates are determined, but by my current math some rooms will take about TEN YEARS to recover from this bug.

I have tried de-staffing the rooms, logging out & in again, & clearing the app cache. The only other fix I can think of is to Destroy all the rooms & rebuild them, but that'll take a LONG time without being able to Rush to get more caps!

I notice you cannot take image captures of the menu screens, so I used my other phone to take a photo.

Please observe the Incident ratio shown in the photo & recommend what I should do!

(Apparently I can't post links here... How convenient!)

Have you used the time/date change glitch?

No... That seems risky.

My understanding was that even if I set the clock forward ten years to get the Rush Incident ratio to cool off, I'd then have to keep it there to avoid corrupting the game.

Is this incorrect? If so, I'll try it; but I don't want to risk corrupting the only vault I play, without first being sure it's my best chance at recovery.

I was hoping that Bethesda staff would respond to an issue like this, since it may involve loss of paid value. Apparently this app was published largely as abandon-ware, since I've yet to see any official response to many of the serious bugs reported here.
