5th Anniversary Edition {retail} steam compatible?

So yeah, title says it all. I'm interested investing in the PC Oblivion 5th anniversary edition (having only played the mod-less ps3 version) but I'd like to know if it's "Steamworks".

There isn't a Steamworks for Oblivion.
