Is this real ? All ability sources will be use magika and all weapon skills ll use stam ? right ? Is there any1 knows about it ?

Its the way it has been in the betas I have played.

Don't know what you mean by "ability sources", or what you think is changing.

Class skills use magicka. So do mages and undaunted guild skills and vampire skills and the soul trap line.

Weapon skills use stamina. So do werewolf skills, fighters guild skills and sprint, dodge and crouch.

The staff (also a weapon skill) uses magicka though.

If I m not wrong i remember that ; Some class ablities working with stam , some with magika in beta but now some1 saz all class ablities working with magika and all weapon skills working with stam ( including resto and des staff )

In beta, ALL class abilities work with magicka, and always have, as long as I've been in beta anyway (since last Fall).

Weapon skills EXCEPT staves use stamina (thanks Cyba, forgot to mention the exception). And the rest are as I said above.

I don't believe there have been any changes in this, at least in the last six months.

There are some errors in the ESOHead skill calc, which the authors have acknowledged on Reddit It's a work in progress.
