Be able to name your horse? : V - Skyrim

Yes. Even though I hardly ever use horses, I usually have one standing around in a field somewhere. And it would be nice to name it just for the sake of roleplaying.

And it should be quute an easy and non-intrusive feature to implement.

Voted yes for the horse naming, but it would svck if they'd die easily for the people who get attached to them.

Should we be able to name our horse this time?

I got quite attatched to my horse in Oblivion, I named him Hiru.. I think its a better name than 'my black horse'.

'but Dotirath, you can use shadowmere' not really.. shadowmere svcks.. I want a horse that can die.

I vote yes for horse naming.

I would name it Blossom after Dar-Ma's horse from Oblivion. I always liked Dar-Ma.

I never bought a horse though (in OB or any game for that matter...) I only use the ones I'm given (Shadowmere ftw :rock: ) and these usually already have names.

why stop there? What about getting pets, oh i know i want to rename my adoring fan to greg, Greg is a much more appropriate name for a generic npc.

Kidding aside, yes if there are horses we should name them, in ob i had to use the console to do it
