I recently performed a driver update for my sound card, and this has resulted in some sounds in the game (namely the ones that are not attached to a volume slider) to become almost inaudibly quiet.

Again, this has to do with the sounds that are not tied to the volume sliders, those are fine. The sounds in question are mostly menu sounds, as well as the draw weapon sound and landing sounds.

Is there some setting in the INI where I can turn up the volume for these misc. sound effects?

Aren't those listed under "affects" or "ambient" or some such? (on the volume controls)

Actually, it might be a mod is deliberately affecting those sounds (TIE, to be precise). My other install does not have this problem.
