About gtx 460

So I was thinking to present myself on christmas with a new video card. That's nice, but I'm a bit worried about bottleneck. The video card in question is an GTX 460.
My system is shown below:

MB Asus P5KPL-CM
Core 2 duo E7400 2.8 Ghz
4gb ddr 2 800mhz Kington

I just want to get it's full potential, but I need to know if this system can handle it.
Thanks in advance!

No bottleneck. Video card is fine for your system. Though make sure your power supply is minimum 450w.

No bottleneck, you're fine. Though I do recommend the 5850 (faster card for similar price) if you have a 500w power supply with two 6 pin PCI-E connectors.
