About moving certain things.

ok I added something to the ic prison district, in doing so I had to move the little practice target thing, I moved it to the right and rotated it to face parallel with the wall. In game it is back to where it used to be, In the .esp file it is where I placed it. Is there another mod that keeps it in the original spot? How can I keep it where I put it?

Yes, there is another 'mod' that puts it where it was. Its your save game file which can be considered as a mod of sorts. Since the target is most likely a persistance reference since actors attack it, its location and other information are stored in your save game.

Since your save game is loaded LAST, it will override any changes made in a mod.

Its one of the perils of changing persistant items. You either need a clean save game to use or you could script it to move its location 'in-game'.

You can make a 'clean save game' by loading your save game with the offending mod DEACTIVATED. Then save your game. It is now 'clean' of the mod you are testing. Then you can re-activate your mod and load up the clean save and your good to go.

Its best to just keep a clean save game when you are creating and testing a mod your making.

But, in this instance, since its a vanilla object, the only thing you can do is go back to a save game from BEFORE you ever entered that area. That way, the target will not be part of your save game and will be loaded from your mod instead. Persistant references are not saved into your save game until after you visit the area they are in. That is why your save game gets bigger the longer you play it.
