Hi. I'm playing an Argonian female on my PS3. The disc has SI and KotN on it.

Well SI quest is broken

So I had to delete that character- a female khajiit- and start over.

Well now I've got my Argonian up to level 10 -finally- I had done KotN to stop that freak from yelling all day next to my house.

My intentions all along were to play her as shadowscale, so the Dark Brotherhood was of course going to be joined.

Now everyone and their dog is harassing me about this.. "I thought you were a holy knight" etc. First off how do they even know? My infamy is only 2! The game is also harassing me. "You can no longer use the relics" Well duh! I left them in the undercroft.. "Don't go down this road"! When

Is this yet another character that I will have to delete? IF it is I am going to be very upset! Enough is enough and why is every person in game harassing me about this??!! Did they really only think you would do KotN and nothing else, ever???!!!

Every single person , even the count of Cheydenhall when I bought that house..

Anyway if I do have to delete this character, can I at least kill that guy to stop him from yelling all day next to my house? There doesn't seem to be a way to delete KotN from my PS3. It's all or none on this disc I guess.

I don't play on console, so forgive me if I'm in error, but can't you "uncheck" KOTN so it isn't active in your game?

Doing so would mess up existing saves, but it would make possible playing a new character without the Prophet being there.

I hit triangle to view options for Oblivion and I only get the option to uninstall the entire thing...

PS3 has no launcher as you are used to on PC.

The Prophet loudmouth seems essential.. So I can't kill him... That svcks..

Nope, you can't uncheck things on PS3 as you can on PC.

Yeah, if it's on a single CD you can't uninstall only KOTN. I'm afraid you're out of luck, because yes, if you ever do the quest and have if only 1 infamy everyone will ape[censored] about how bad you are. It's one of the dialogue examples that Bethesda messed up badly. And I though being called the savior of Kvatch all the time is bad.

Chaka ZG: I was afraid of that. Maybe I will just download Oblivion -only- from the PSN since SI is broken too..
