about tes5edit - unofficial patchs

hi, rerere-installing, and checking on tes5edit... lots of mods override the unofficial edits. And wat some recommendations.

Right now Im dragging on the npc (actors) everything except appearence to the mod NPC overhaul (inhabitants of skyrim). Also, I guess lots of errors I was getting last time (to the point it wasnt playable anymore) are from unofficial overrided by other mods... so i should look and correct all, making almost everything dependent of the unofficials or leave it be? Or maybe should I make in tes5edit an automatic merged patch (that dont merge everything, and sometimes merge wrongly, at least it seems) then correct it and the rest is expected to be fine?

Now why I say it sometimes dont merge right? For example, the ending result can have a NPC with 2 eyes listed... or in the package can end with ALL the packages, that sometimes would be incompatibles (like with skytest) and not every conflict is registered on it, so I (saying of unofficial patchs, skyre, inhabitants of skyrim, and others).

PS: hope its clear enough to tes5edit experts to understand... re-edited topic sometimes but still seem confusing to myself :(
