About the Atronach Forge. : V

I don't know how to do the spoiler code. That would be a nice addition to this thread as well. I will edit it if someone teaches me how.

Thank you. I was wondering about that forge. I know there is a book that gives you a few recipes and a stone that empowers the forge. I don't know where to get the stone, nor do I want to know. I figure I will find/earn it eventually.

As to my question, I would like to know is there a way to learn all the recipes, or is it just trial and error?

The recipes are random loot once you've completed the quest and acquired the afore-mentioned stone. You'll find them where warlocks and necromancers are.

I was trying to find verification, My Summoners and Necromancers often encounter the Atronach Forge Recipes in Loot, but not until after getting the specific item.

Sigil Stone from completing the Conjuration Mastery Ritual

Apocrypha tends to be the more frequent supplier of Recipes.

There are 31 Recipes, but this number includes the Recipes in the Atronach Forge Manual. Recipes in Daedric script (that require translating manuallly) require the specific item.

The UESP has a list of every Recipe.

I moved this to the correct forum, I would have hoped that the pinned note at the top of the General forum saying "DO NOT POST SPOILERS IN THIS BOARD" would have been enough - obviously I was mistaken.

What can the forge be used for? My understanding is that the atronachs it summons attack you on sight.

You can create staves, spell tomes, and Daedric armor and weapons, too.
