Well unfortunately I'll be passing on Crysis and Crysis Warhead as there seems to be no version without securom.. so I can't see for myself.

Crysis 2 Maximum on Steam lacks that sort of third-party DRM so it's the one I purchased.


I personally think it looks pretty great, but I've heard lots of complaints about it being more of a console port and looking inferior to the first Crysis.

All the complaints I read on it where around when Crysis 2 was first released.


Now that the game has high res textures and DX11, is it still considered to not look as good as Crysis or did those two things bring it up to a similar level?
