About the latest creation engine update

About the latest creation engine update , I have the version 1.9.32.0

I have all setup fine to work since long on a version control , wich I found already a mess to setup and I do not dare to download the nev version and use new version unless I do get a significant advantage ...

Apart from beeing able to upload mods of no longer restricted file size to Steam ... what else does it grant?

Does it allow to create a esm depending on all other Official DLCs for example?

That's literally it. You can upload unrestricted file mods.

Anyone know of any bad repercussions for those that do not update if others do?

For example with SKSE or the unofficial patches?

For now I would rather stay with the old versions as well, but not if it is a fact it will cause problems.
