Took some work but I got them. FYI you need to wear both of them for them to work.

Didn't I learn that one the hard way. Good thing I quicksaved.

I find the safe is a bit slow in spawning them. Power Armor with a Jet Pack equipped seems to be a necessity to get them without cheats or some weird movement exploit.
