About to try modded the first time

Well, wanted to get an idea from those more experienced with mods and FO3 than I am. I've been looking through the documentation and general posted suggestions, so hopefully I don't have any glaring errors. If anybody would be willing to peek and toss and comments, suggestions, or concerns it would be appreciated. Anyways, here is the load order I have cobbled together:

Did you BOSS-F your load order? Because at first glance I noticed that you have Sydney Follower.esp quit high in your load order, and I think it has to be much lower. The Tailor Maid ESPs need, to my knowledge, load sometime after FWE. In addition, you could merge all the Tailor Maid ESP's into one and save some ESM/ESP-slots. You have installed "Delay ThePitt + Anchorage.esp", then you don't need "DelayAnchorage.esp" and "DelayThePitt.esp". And again, you could merge all Delay ESPs into one. And the Delay ESP's should be in your load order much higher. You could use http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=11336 to reduce your activly loaded Mods further. I have right now 169 ESM/ESP in my data folder and Garybash reduced it to 147 active ESM/ESPs by merging 22 ESP's into the Bashed Patch. You should definitively use http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=10193 together with http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=29790. And last, I think I read something about, that RTS NW would not work properly together with MMM. Something about not compatible Brahmins. Read the Comatibility section on the http://fo3settler.webs.com/. Good Luck.
