Absolute power corrupts absolutely

"Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely.' (Lord Acton, 1887)

Given the Overseer's total control, is Fallout Shelter actually a disturbing social experiment that mimics the unpleasant experiments carried out by Vault-Tec in Fallout lore?

You can read about Vaults with 'death rooms', about vaults where men are killed and one dweller fathers all the children, or vaults with ethnic cleansing,

The freedom to build your vault your way includes the freedom to build a little piece of hell...

How evil do you allow your inner overseer to be ?

I don't think this game allows you to play an evil Overseer short of not allowing water/power generators or kitchens to be built.

There's an idea! No food or water for your dwellers, only stimpaks and radaways, making them your drug addict slaves! >:D Only problem is the immense micro-management of administering drugs to each individual dweller...
