If anything, these sort of bugs make the game more enjoyable and memorable in my eyes. The part with the doctor is great.

I think Bethesda said somewhere that the doc glitch was due to a corrupted Steam download.

I got the game yesterday, it owns!
Anyway, I don't think this was a bug because it said there was disguises in the game, I was wearing the tribal armor I got from amazon when pre-ordering it. SO anyway, I was trying to find Novac by going up the big mountain (should have followed the real path), couldn't and walked beside it. I then saw a powder gang post and they were battling some mole rats I think, so I just snuck into their place and took all their ammo lol.
But then it said I was detected so I thought these guys were for some quest, but after like two minutes they started shooting at me, I even walked to then and tried to talk to them before. I killed them though and had a goodnight sleep at their place

By the way, see that quest you get from that sniper at Novac where you have to get the feral ghouls out that testing site? Well can I just kill the weird brotherhood ghouls instead of going to that basemant to kill the "demons"?
