So, I got in really bad with NCR, enough where Boone hated me and left. Well, now I did a mission to get pardoned and it shows me as being accepted by all of them yet they still attack me. I am not wearing any gang things although I am a member of the Kings. Any help?

Also, in my defense, I didn't kill the NCR that made Boone leave. He shot them. I just went to the area and they attacked. I didn't fire a shot.

I had a similar problem, for some reason all the ncr were red to me, no matter what I did. I never shot at any of them. I thought it may have had something to do with Cass's quest but I reloaded my game before doing it and they still attacked me. I got so frustrated, because I was going to work with the NCR for their ending, instead I ended up doing mr house ending. Left me frustrated.
