Accidentally over-wrote CRC's of meshes using omod

Installing Oblivion on a second computer, I added OOO after a mod that replaces potion bottle meshes/textures. Now the graphics are from OOO, and even a complete un/reinstall of both mods does not allow the former to have priority. Is there any way to fix this?

My guess is that the replacer simply replaces Vanilla meshes, but OOO sets the mesh paths to it′s own meshes in the esp. As the path is not the Vanilla path, you don′t see the Vanilla mesh replacer.

You would have to find out which meshes correspond to the ones in Vanilla, in the OOO folders, and replace those OOO meshes with the replacer files.

I was afraid it was something like that :( Times like this make the trouble of learning BAIN Archiving seem worthwhile.
