Well Today is a bad day lol, this is a PC related issue.

I purchased a new cd key for my kid to play with me.

Lets call my old lvl 36 account as account 1 and the new lvl 1 account as account 2

When i went on his computer to activate it and create a new account, for some reason account 2 said it was lvl 36 and then when i loged out restarted the computer etc reloged in it was at lvl 1.

But then i go on my pc log in on account 1 and Cant log in wrong name and pass. So i chat with ea who then tell me to create a new account with a new email and same nick name and that the issue will solve itself. Well now i got the same nickname with an account at lvl 1 instead of lvl 36 and i cant use my bonus code eather says i have already redeamed it for that account.

Anyways i would like to be able to
1. Get my data back as i really do not want to start from scratch again
2. Find out the reason this happened, maybe i made a mistake somewhere.

P.S And no its not the wrong password or game id its been the same for a lot of games i got a few passwords that i use only for gaming and its always the same.

So any insights and maybe a call from techsupport with a solution would be nice.

I made a different name but under the same email and it started at level 5, went back to my other account and it was the same as I left it. maybe that will help you somehow
