This fix is mainly for users that have previously registered a Crysis 1 account, but should prove helpful to others too.

If you are having problems signing into Crysis 2, you should try using your Crysis 1 login details. If you cannot remember your Crysis 1 username, please visit this page to retrieve it, using your gamesas account e-mail address and password.

If you do not have a Crysis 1 username, this link may still be useful as it provides you with your Crysis 2 username if your account was created successfully.

Well, it successfully realises that my name is 'Midhir' however what it doesn't do is let me log in any better on Crysis 2. It's lucky I have a full time job or I'd spend my whole day moaning about this on the forums

Getting the same. I'm getting a bit tired of this. I specially bought the Logitech G35 to play it with this game in multiplayer.

I'm not able to activate bonus contenent because my account seems not work on
gamesas.com, it only allows me to login with another account that has the same e-mail that i've used to create the account in game. @.@

The restore page shows me only the username that i use in game.

Hello my problem is that two accounts had one that was not the other yes. When you get into the edit account preferences gives you the option to delete account, but instead of deleting the account would not mistakenly delete it working demo and I can not enter gamesas with that account but in the game if you let me go and play. When I give to reset password I get: The username XXXX@hotmail.com has Not been activated or is blocked. Sorry, XXXX@hotmail.com is Not Recognized as a user name or an e-mail address. The phpBB username. Wanted to know if there is a solution and whether it affects the proper functioning of the multi game. The user name is Shurado.

SO, can someone explain to me now why it's not clearly stated somewhere that you need to have a Gamespy account AND a gamesas account again?! My Gamespy username(s) are not the same as my gamesas usernames and I'm sure that's at least part of the problem.

Yeah... so it's still the same situation for me as it has been, though in all fairness you *did* say it was to help login in Crysis 2 and not the website. Since I figured out it was using my Crysis 1 login data on day 2 I've been able to login to the game without any issue.

When I retrieve my username using this link it tells me that I have the username "Rasgueado," which is what I've been using in the game. The issue now for me is that I also have a registered username of Rasgueado with separate credentials on the gamesas.com website. This hasn't fixed that problem as when I try to login now with "Rasgueado" on the website I'm told it is either invalid or blocked.

So... I found my "Game" account that works fine (Bertrand1309), but I also have a "gamesas" account (Bertrand). What should I do now?
Is it possible to merge two differents gamesas usernames?
