I dont know if this is a glitch of some kind, but ever since recieving MacReady's Killshot perk all my ranged weapons have permanent 95% accuracy on VATS for headshots. I feel extraordinarily overpowered, where arms and legs can at times have 10-20% hit chances on VATS and heads 95% even from great distances away. This covers pistols, submachineguns, rifles, etc. I havent tested big guns. Game is hard difficulty; my perception is 9 with a bobblehead, and 11 with armour bonuses; I also have 5 stars in rifles and gun slinger and am lvl 57/58 at the moment, but I think i earned the perk much earlier, maybe in the upper 30s or lower 40s and it has had its 95% effect since I recieved it...
