so if the patch fixed the netcode/hit detection and fixes the lag to a normal p2p game (e.g. Reach) I think the accuracy stats will go sky high...

Accuracy depends on more things than skill such as the weapon being used and your play style. 30% is probably normalish for a camping sniper and above average for a run and gunner.

20% with full auto weapon I think.
70% with sniper weapons and pistols.

I usually just use Scar, and DSG-1. I just get a lot of head shots.

I don't know a lot of people that has 40% accuracy. I just know a lot of arrogant 20% accuracy players who's bragging about their play style while his squad is protecting his ass. lol

So kudos to that!
