I'm going to assume you mean 'Stability' rather than accuracy.
Accuracy basically means bullet spread, which the assault rifles actually have very little of when firing down sights. (Hip firing with AR's is not reccommended)
Stability, from what I can tell, refers to the recoil of the gun, especially when maintaining fire instead of burst firing.
So, you've got two options.
1) Learn 2 Burst Fire, noob!!!11!!1!
2) Equip the stability-enhancing attatchments, the Front Grip and the Muzzle Breaks.
