I made another topic in the Android section, but I guess this is where the official bug reporting is?

I've been playing a while and gaining a progression in the Google Play Games achievements, but a few weeks ago they just stopped. I started a new vault in a new slot, but nothing will make them move. Will reinstalling the game (or installing on a different device) make them progress again?

Note the 'raise to level 50' and 'raise to level 25' meters. The meter for 50 is above the level that would be 25, so why didn't it fulfill first?
